    I found it easy to get an appointment but the dentist I saw was running very late and got no apologies for that.

    My child's dentist is just the best, he is so nice and friendly towards children making them relaxed, he asked the child how they feel about him doing different treatments on them and takes into account there answer, my daughter hates dentist but soon as I say she seeing him she is fine with going

    Being on a tight budget, I visited this dentist, hoping to get some work done. I struggled to understand the dentist, and left no better off than when i went in.

    I had the unfortunate experience of after having a tooth removed privately,needing to visit the dentist because of a further problem ,my usual surgery not being able to see me .I attended Damira surgery ,Shirley .I was really impressed with everyone there ,they were kind and empathetic to Everyone that was there ,the dentist and nurse were both great and very reassuring,I was dealt with in a great manner and felt that everyone was kind and dealt with the problems of everyone perfectly.

    Initially I went here for a wobbly bridge. All sorted and I'm now registered with Damira. I've seen 3 different dentists over my 4 appointments and cannot fault any of them! If only I had known about Damira ages ago. Thank you to all the staff for making this a wonderful dental practice.

    I was referred to this dental practice as an emergency by 111 on a Saturday evening.I had a surprisingly short wait, the receptionist was lovely and the dentist and dental nurse ( two ladies, unfortunately do not know their names) were so kind and patient as I am a nervous patient. I was given antibiotics and informed what the problem was. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend this practice.

    I was referred by 111 for an emergency dentist as I have been in agony over my tooth for weeks now. I told them what the problem was and what I was given before to help deal with the pain eg. Antibiotics. I asked for them to remove the tooth as I know they can and 111 made it clear that they most certainly could, I was told no we can’t do that with no explanation why, I was prescribed the same antibiotics as before which didn’t help and when I mentioned this they told me they couldn’t do anything else. I’m a nervous patient, and they didn’t even make the effort to make me feel comfortable. The dentist herself was rude and judgmental. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Your dental health is most important to us, and we would like to assure you that we did everything in our power to care for you during your emergency appointment. The dentist will always advise appropriately at the time to determine which treatment is best suited for your personal needs and for your safety. Treatment cannot always be completed in the same appointment on the same day. Therefore, we book a second appointment for the treatment to be carried out. As we are currently not taking on new NHS patients, this would be under a private basis. We understand our private route is not optional for all patients therefore we offer written prescriptions for treatment to be completed elsewhere under the NHS.     I have emergency. they advertise you will be seen within 24hours in emergency. They dont answer their phone , i have been phoning all day it rings message ..all their receptionists are busy.... Can only assume they are closed on a Friday, or their receptionists do not know how to pickup a phone.
