The surgery is friendly but very professional. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy.

Excellent service - came here from 111 for an emergency appointment, got straight in , staff were friendly. Dentist was lovely very understanding and explained all my options in detail! Thank you for your care

Had some changes over time have got to say its lot better now your surgeon mae you feel welcome and take your nerves away as i suffer with anxiety

The dentist was very meticulous and thorough in my treatment- he didn’t rush as he was concerned and careful about administering the treatment accurately. Hats off to him!!

I was wanting an emergency appointment which wasn’t accommodated till three weeks later. I booked the appointment for three weeks later only for them to ring me a week before to ask if it’s still an emergency - I said no. So on the day of the appointment, they cancelled and rescheduled to another day / time saying as it’s no longer emergency we have rescheduled. How ridiculous! They cancelled it via text message which is also pathetic. Yes they tried to call but I was unable to answer due to work - they could’ve left a message to call back. When I called back and said we still wanted the appointment, they said it’s no longer available - so basically they gave my appointment to someone else all because I couldn’t answer the phone. Until I asked to speak to the dentist / manager, only then i was offered one the day after. Right up until that point, all they said was sorry nothing available. Awful service!

Nothing I got charged £25 for opening my mouth and the dentist counted my teeth - and the dentist advised me to floss...nothing else, no clean Nothing and i was charged £25.00

The dentist talked everything through with me, explained all my options in detail. He was very friendly. Id go far as to say the best dwntist ove ever used.

Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Was made to feel at ease. Dentist explained everything to me and was very gentle when removing my wisdom tooth.
