To be fair i lime my dentist because he straight with you doesnt hold back and i like that he given me loads of advise to h3lp me brilliant practice

I was taken in at my appointment time and did not have to wait long at all! The dentist was welcoming, explained everything clearly and spent time listening to my concerns. Overall, I am very happy with the care given and had a pleasant experience.

Very small waiting area , not enough seats for the amount of people waiting , didn’t get seen on time . Understanding that the appointment time may be a little late but this was too much over the expected time of being seen

They were very obliging and fitted me in at the last minute. My treatment was instant and successful and my lady dentist was professional and friendly

It was good service making the appointment and the appointment with the dentist was great. However once I had paid I asked for a full receipt as I am able to claim it back through work and the receptionist said they had no ink to print it so I asked for it to be emailed which I then got a phone call the next day saying they can’t email it and I had to collect the physical receipt. As the practice is only open in work hours I am struggling to take more time out of work to come collect it as I work in Bradford. I don’t understand why it couldn’t just be emailed to me even just a picture of it? Or if they could even post it.

I saw a different dentist to my last visit.. he was so patient with me, as visiting the dentist is not my favourite thing.. he took time to explain things rather than just tell me.. thank you!

It was a Dentist I'd not had before. She arrived after me. I was the first appointment of the day but I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time. She had a gentleman with her that kept telling her what to do or what to ask me which made me uncomfortable as I'm already a very nervous patient. I'm assuming that maybe she is newly qualified but if she was I wasn't advised. It wouldn't of made a difference but it would of been nice to have an explanation as to why there was an additional person instructing her. Personally I wouldn't want to see her again as I felt extremely uncomfortable. I had previously been sent by my regular dentist to endodontics but nothing was mentioned about that or any follow up to that. I had come to your practice from a bad dentist and i was starting to feel at ease with the basics of coming to the dentist but now I'm terrified again after my recent check up.

No problems with my visit to the dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and also had a filling. The dental surgeon and her assistant were pleasant and I felt at ease whilst the required work was done. A first class job, very much appreciated.
