I needed an adjustment made to a poorly fitting denture. I rang for an appointment and was delighted to be seen 72 hrs later. Dentist was lovely

The ‘have an appointment today for £58 or otherwise it’s February next year’ message was delivered poorly. So was the can you pay £25 up front on the phone even though I was coming in later that morning. This aside, the speed of appointment, and attention from the dentist, her skills and the outcome was first class. I also thought that the charges were actually very reasonable. Just work on the initial phone consultation. I needed the help and was willing and able to pay.

The service by the dentist was good. My appointment was at 8.30am, it would have been nice if the surgery had been open 5 minutes before this, to save having to wait outside.

Fantastic dentist, gave me lots of reassurance, told me everything she was going to do, I can honestly say that my fear of dentist has gone, such a kind caring lady

I went in this morning as the side of my tooth had broken off. Unfortunately they couldn’t fit me in straight away but gave me an appointment. The lady on reception said she could put me down for a cancellation appointment if I was happy to come in at short notice. I said I would be. I got back to work and shortly thereafter she phoned as there had been a cancellation today. I went along to the appointment and the dentist lady was very good, professional and kind. She explained everything really well and put me at ease. I’m very happy with the service I received!!!!

Overall the service was absolutely fine and very thorough. However, the dentist I saw seemed uncertain as to why I was there. It appeared that the previous dentist I was seen by hadn’t left appropriate notes. This was much the same as my previous visit where the purpose of my visit seemed unclear- despite it being arranged by the previous dentist.
