I was late for my appointment and the hygienist still saw me. I was so stressed and very grateful for her understanding. I’m very pleased with the service and the quality of care that this hygienist provides.

Very late being seen. I was told I needed a filing asap or it might effect my nerve then when booking it only one appointment until January. Surely you have a duty of care to carry out the treatment in the period of time recommended.

Made to feel welcome both on arrival and when meeting my hygienist. Care taken to note my concerns about sensitive teeth and work around those. Always a great service.

The friendly and kind staff fitted me in as soon as they were able. My dentist did really good repair on my tooth and gave lots of advice and a recommendation for my next appointment

Absolutely lovely dentist felt really looked after. I really struggle with the dentist due to anxiety and she was so lovely and really made me feel at ease and comfortable and non judged.

Very kind,polite, kept me informed. Great dentist, explained it clear to me,very little discomfort. Nice dentis rooms, good reception. Kept in touch on phone with regular appointments and updates. Thank you.
