    The receptionist/team member kindly continued to communicate with me whilst their system was down and I need to collect a prescription of antibiotics.

    You cancelled the appointment by text, then sent me a reminder by text. When I phoned it said 'voicemail box full'. The last message I got was Saturday saying 'don't forget your appointment

    Reception was chaotic, receptionists didnt know what they were doing, everything was delayed and confusing. My appointment was 40 minutes late. However my dentist is very nice and a great dentist.

    I went for an emergency treatment and I was so pleased with the dentist because she was very nice and helpful and she helped with my tooth extraction. I really appreciate her because my last dentist didn't tell me I had a huge hole in my tooth. I'm going to become a permanent patient here.

    Had an 11.15 appointment. Got there and was told the appointment had been cancelled that morning. I did not receive any cancellation and the receptionist could not provide evidence of same.After much deliberation, the dentist decided to see me at 11.50 for an 11.15 appointment!.5 minutes on the dentist chair and the demtist concluded that he needed 30 minutes to do what he had to do.He asked that i book an appointment for another day and still got charged £24.I should not have been charged for the 5 minute consultant. As not being able to do the 30 minute treatment wS the surgery's fault and not mi e.Poor customer service.

    The unprofessionalism shown by the dentist I was due to see. I made an appointment arrived early, sat for 15 minutes after the appointment and then was told that the dentist refused to see me. I am not sure why, I missed an appointment with him over covid as I was sick I did send a text message back via the message received. I feel victimised and was unable to see any dentist in the day. This has made me feel depressed and anxious.

    Unlike my previous visit with my Daughter, the dentist was friendly, listed to the problem I was having and explained the treatment available to me clearly.

    I attended twice for appointments that I had made over the phone, only to be told that the appointments didn't exist. Another appointment I had was cancelled without me being informed because the dentist had left. This dentist would be greatly improved by an improved booking system and better customer service from the reception staff. They are rude, unhelpful and seem unhappy!
