I have just registered at this dentist I told the receptionist that I need to sort out a bridge replacement I went to my first appointment today he filled in two of my teeth poorly which I think didn’t need filling and he told me the bridge replacement would cost around 3k even after me telling him I’m on universal credit and he told me he will book me in for 3 months time to think about it which mean I am now stuck as no other dentists near me are taking NHS patients I was also trying to explain my two canine teeth were short as I’m a recovering addict and they chipped away these were the teeth that he filled in but I couldn’t get a word is edgeways I find that my experience heat was very unhelpful and misleading

Seems a little disorganised. I’ve had a few cancelled appointments where they didn’t inform me and I turned up so it was a wasted journey.

Receptionists were nice and helpful (could do with doing a stationary order, for some pens though!) Dentist and her team, were lovely and made me feel comfortable for my initial check up. Thank you.

I was called when I was asleep, at 1am. I was then told I had to come in immediately or I couldn’t be seen (in the morning). It’s unrealistic to call someone at 1am and expect them to attend a dentist appointment especially when it’s so late/early. The dentist was also very sharp and unwelcoming I didn’t feel comfortable talking to him, let alone trust him with my health. As this was an emergency I think it’s crazy how you are unable to see someone at a reasonable time (when they are able to travel). I don’t understand this way of working and strongly suggest you figure out a more sustainable and reasonable way of working.

45 meeting minute wait for my appointment was stressful to say the least. This is not the norm, I hope it does not become habit forming.

Have been waiting since December 2022 for a new lower denture. A little frustrating that I still have not recieved it as yet. Have to come again on 07 Match for fitting!

I am a nervous patient due to an incident that caused trauma, when I was very young. The Dentist was sympathetic, explained all the procedures clearly. Also referred me back to the hospital, when they could have recommended the procedures could be handled by your dental clinic. Thoroughly, a good experience!

They cancelled my appointment for the second time now, and the dentist had the cheek to ask me why I didn’t get my tooth finished? Like to say I haven’t been trying to get seen to for the end of time.
