Dentist was so helpful, explained things to me. Helped to address a stain on my tooth and to give me my smile back. 30 years that mark has been on my tooth and she is the first dentist to help me and give me options to correct it that doesn’t cost the earth.

Nothing outstanding. No queues but staff did not hurry to offer a welcome on either occasion I approached the desk. Waiting room seemed clean and tidy, though 2 chairs were broken. My attempt to jokily converse with the dentist didn't really bring much response, but the examination was efficiently conducted and action decided.

I contacted the surgery at 0900 as I had broken off a lower left molar filling the previous evening. I had no pain. The receptionist listened to my problem, sail I would be triaged and phoned back within 30 minutes offering me an appointment for 1055. I was seen on time, the composite replaced and I left the surgery at 1110. Very impressive.

Got an appointment for a chipped tooth the same day I called. Dentist very good she explained everything she was doing so I k ew what was going on and she did an amazing job

Surgery saw me promptly, gave me a temporary solution to my problem and offered a range of long term solutions. Dentist offered reassurance when needed.

The time my dentist took with me today, she could see i was nervous and in alot of pain. Patient and explained everything so i understood. Makes my phobia alot easier to control when the approach is like this.

Very quick and efficient. But object tohaving to pay separately to see the hygienist should be included in the NHS fees.
