I’m terrified of the dentist and the dentist that seen me was not really understanding of this. This is the only time I’ve been and felt this way here.

My initial call didn’t go well as I’ve always been a national health patient and on my first call I was advised as my Nhs dentist had left I was now private . So I called back the next day and didn’t get the same response and was treated as an NHS patient . They booked me in that day due to a dental emergency and the appointment and cost was all great . Dentist I saw was really nice and dealt with my issues really promptly and resolved my issues . So thank you very much

People were coming and going so after 35 minutes I asked if I had been forgotten about, I was told yes! The dentist was nice but not sure how they could not know I was there in such a small waiting room.

Friendly atmosphere, always feel at ease. Able to relax as everything explained as you go along, love the soft music in the background. All around I’m very happy with all my dentist visits.

Lovely dentist who explained everything she was doing. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Enjoyed listening to the conversation between dentist and dental nurse.. made me laugh!

The dentist was lovely, professional and caring, as somebody and for many who feel uneasy at the dentist, this particular dentist was absolute perfection.

The dentist I saw did some manual descaling which has been lacking from several previous visits I have had. It used to be standard practice to check teeth and the dentist do a quick scale and polish each visit. This felt like I had visited the dentist. I was recommended to see the hygienist, which I did the next day. I have never visited the hygienist before, but was very impressed. She explained everything she was going to do. The treatment seemed efficient and results when I looked at my teeth in the mirror at home were amazing! It is a long while since I have seen my teeth look that good after a visit to the dentist.

My dentist always takes the time, considering ive been there a few times this week. Really appreciate her support and help. Patience from the receptionist to for always squeezing me in.
