Receptionist is very lovely . Creates a good impression of the surgery . Dentist and nurse pleasant made the experience less daunting.

Lovely practice, dentist and dental nurse really friendly but when I arrived the receptionist didn’t even look up, just carried on typing as I stood there and only asked if she could help when I moved away to sit down. Appreciate they can be in the middle of something but just “hello, won’t keep you a second” would make patients feel at ease rather than just standing at the desk waiting to be spoken to.
