I had rung the previous day &! poke to a person in reception who very quickly /efficiently arranged an appointment for me. Arriving for the app the following day the reception area was calm & organised re paperwork. I was called in to my app on time & as always the dentist listened, took time to look at my teeth, took x-rays & clearly explained what action was needed also offering advice on possible future outcomes. As always I was well looked after & respected. Thanks all

What stands out for me is the professional and personal treatment I have always received here. My teeth have been kept in good condition and I am very satisfied with the practice. All the staff are very friendly and make it a pleasure to visit for my treatments.

Amazing dentist and seen really quick as I was in pain, I was treated in a sensitive manner and issued rx and also the dental nurse was lovely, see you next week

Dentist was very helpful, took time to explain treatment for my daughter who is anxious. Follow up appointments have been booked to ensure Dentist completes treatment before her maternity leave.

Really friendly receptionists. Smooth process as a new NHS patient. The dentist and dental nurse were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Offering Saturday appointments! Check ups are thorough with advisories, lovely dentist, very friendly, welcoming and calm. Text message reminder service too which I rely on. Keep up the good work!

This practice is not ‘all about the money’ they actually care & do the best for you, they talk through the options & don’t just try to sell you the latest cosmetic trend. I wish I had found them years ago. 5 starts is not enough for this practice in Aldridge. I now work in London but still travel back for all treatment. Genuine, talented, caring and honest, just lovely people at this practice.
