Great experience in the room, but far too loud staff chatting could be heard in reception which I felt was unprofessional

Good interaction of receptionist, hygienist and dental nurse in hygiene Centre. Much more friendly than the other building. The people in Abbey House could learn a lot in terms of customer service and interaction.

Excellent customer service from arrival at Reception through to being greeted by the Dental Technician. Then onto Milan who is an exceptional Dentist - he always puts me at ease and is knowledgeable and professional. It makes the visit a very good experience.

Staff lovely and dentist who saw my 6 year old girl was great Appointment was half an hour late which seems to be standard in any healthcare setting

This is the 4th time I've visited, and the service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is really nice, really professional, and do whatever they can to put you at ease.
