Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Check up very disappointing. Always been happy with service previously but felt very uncomfortable and not valued as a customer

I am trying to call to make a routine check up. The message says the estimated time of waiting is 3 minutes .over an hour now and still waiting for someone to answer the call- absolutely awful customer service

Sadly nothing, there’s nothing special about what you do. You provide a service to make sure people’s teeth are heathy. You do what you say, but it does come with caveats (paying upfront for an hygienist app months in advance?!?) and witnessing unhappy customers in reception. Underwhelming really and more than ever I’ve come away hoping to find a better dental practice! If only when you move house you could bring the wonderful dentist you had before! :-(

I am terrified of the dentist and everyone was very kind and reassuring and made it a much better experience. I have to go back for more treatment but I don’t feel so anxious now.

Staff were very friendly and talkative and polite. Everything was very well organised and multiple texts were sent out for reminders which was handy and where to go for my appointment.

The lack of empathy and emotion from the Dentist, no real explanation of what treatment was required and immediately attempting to send me down the private route. When I stated that I didn’t want to have the private option, I was told to go back onto the chair for some X-rays.
