I had not slept surfing a toothache for some days, I called Abbey and asked for an emergency I was offered an emergency appointment the same day, I arrived on time and didn't wait long for my name to be called, I was in and out of the chair in 10mins , with the issue of my tooth ache completely resolved. They also accommodated a follow up appointment even thou they are not taking new NHS patients. I am really happy with the speed at which I was processed and attended too , 10/10 , no complaints but plenty of admiration for the dentists and all the team at Abbey. Thank you very much!! They are the best!!

My Dentist was really lovely, down to earth and personable- very friendly, informed and pleasant. He gave me time to discuss any issues and genuinely seemed interested.

Staff very help and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice. I have always been happy with the service since joining up with them in 2021. Waiting time is minimal and dentist is very friendly and helpful explaining in detail about your treatment and always satisfied with any treatment I've had done.

the dentist was very kind and understanding of my being heavily pregnant and tried to keep me comfortable, explained everything very clearly and was really friendly and professional. The assistant lady was also very nice. The receptionist staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Good service from reception through to treatment. Dentist was informative about treatment I may need in future and was very thorough in his examination and cleaning of my teeth/ gums. The dental nurse was friendly and very efficient also.

The hygienist I saw and I do not know her name sadly was so nice, she apologised for the delay which was only minutes and was just really nice & friendly, very calming and explained what she was doing - excellent

The front desk/admin team were excellent, in person and on the phone, they explained the process of my emergency appointment and the price of treatment very clearly which really helped with the anxiety of it all. The dentists were friendly, informative, clear and quick. Thank you
