I had my tooth taken out but gave me one gouze to change after half an hour then asked me ill have to use kitchen towel after wards , they should give three extra to use after as they told me to use kitchen towel , kitchen towel has some chemicals i think as the taste is really bad and it gets wet very quickly and I think its not safe for the open wound,

I was very pleased with my recent dental appointment. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and comfortable. My dentist was thorough and gentle, and she explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

This dental surgery is the best I have been to. The Dentist and her assistant I also had an appointment with made me at ease and very relaxed, her work is exceptional!! My Dentist here is the best I have ever had anywhere!! Receptionist are very friendly, just a really lovely practice, highly recommend!!

The staff at the front desk are always nice and helpful when visiting. On this visit, I had an appointment with the hygienist. He is always very kind, pleasant and gentle. I’d definitely recommend visiting the hygienist at this practice.

I called the dentist as I had swelling to my jaw and lymph note, and was in excruciating pain. I was given an emergency appointment on the Friday, but was told there was nothing wrong with the tooth, there was no infection and they would not be recommending any stronger pain killer ( over the counter was not working). No advise was even given on pain management. So I asked what the money I paid was for as I received no treatment and was told it was for their "expertise". To be fair, they did do an x-ray. After a weekend of misery and pain I returned on the Monday but was told to book the next day and I would not need to pay a 2nd fee. When I tried to book I was told I had to pay another fee as the 1st appointment was not with my regular dentist. When I tried to explain, I was very rudely spoken to by the lady at the reception and she dropped the phone on me mid sentence! I subsequently managed to get an appointment with a dental hospital the following day and was told the tooth was dead and it had an abscess at the root, which was causing the pain. The tooth was the removed.

The staff are very polite and the doctor is doing amazing work. She is very lovely. I will recommend my friends and is one of my frie nd that also recommends me to the dentist because they are doing a great job!

I went for a check up and as always all the staff from Reception to the Dentist was very friendly and professional. I always used to be anxious about going to the dentist but they have made the whole experience much more positive so thank you!

My dentist was absolutely brilliant had fillings done. My dentist explained everything to me options, price, and his recommendation. I had an injection and he completely made me at ease. Would definitely recommend.
