The reception staff were polite and kept my informed of a potential delay in seeing my dentist when in fact I saw them on time. Practice is clean and well kept despite being so busy. Dentist and dental staff went through the procedures so I was kept well informed of what was happening. The dental nurse in particular was very reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice

Nice clean. However takes a long time to get through on the phone About 2 months to wait for an appointment.

Simply put the staff were wonderful. Appointment system well organised. I was dealt in a sympathetic way felt reassured at every step of my treatment.

My experience was, it was quicker than I expected which is good. The staff that examined me, they were very good and friendly, Lastly the service was good.

Options for dental treatment are fully discussed with recommendations., including taking cost into account. My dentist provides sympathetic but straightforward dental care. Never kept waiting for long.

I have been a patient for many years. Staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist understands that I am an extremely nervous patient and her understanding and support has helped me to recieved dental treatment which I would not have sought out. The surgery is clean and not at all like the 1950 to 1970 dental surgeries that looked like torture chambers and smelled of gas or strong antiseptic cleaning materials they did when I was a child. Dentist now recognise the problems of nervous patients and there is no need to suffer pain and infection because of that fear.
