Have just under gone Surgery to remove a Cataract, I found all levels of staff very polite Knowledgeable, helpful & caring and nothing was to much trouble. Generally very experienced and highly qualified in their broad range of work Well done & Thankyou.

Everything to do with the operation to remove a cataract was excellent. All staff very pleasant, everywhere was beautifully clean and smart. Coffee and tea available. I did have a long wait owing to early morning staffing problems, and apparent problem with previous patients, all of which was unavoidable I would imagine. I was still out under 4 hours.

I had cataract surgery yesterday. The whole team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was talked through every step including during surgery. Any anxieties and concerns I had both pre and post surgery were dealt with quickly enabling me to have a stress free experience. Thanks to all. Highly recommended.

I found SpaMedica at Worcester to be caring and supportive as I was extremely nervous regarding my cataract surgery. All Staff were friendly and caring from the time I arrived until the time I left. The process was explained fully and the surgery was quick and painless with a very short wait time. Thank you all for your care and service.

I think most people are nervous before any surgery, but the team at SpaMedica put me at ease with their caring, friendly manner. The procedure was painless and over so quickly. Thank you so much to everyone.

Pre op assessment was excellent and informative. Was offered a date within three days, much to my surprise. Results were amazing, can't wait till my other eye to be done. Only negative was the waiting times during the process before the op. At every stage there was a wait and before the op there was 7 people waiting to be treated. I was number 6 so wait was long and increasingly stressful (I hate anything near my eyes). Won't stop me going again.

Spa Medica provided a relaxed and caring environment for my eye procedure and given I am typing this the following day without glasses is a measure of their quality of treatment

From the minute I walked into the clinic I was made to felt at ease. The staff were all very professional and having both cataracts removed has made a vast difference to my eyesight. So Thankyou to all that took part in improving this.
