I had two cataract operations at St Caths. I found the whole process from start to finish extremely smooth and was pleased with the whole experience. The staff were polite, kind, courteous and helpful.

From opticians to cataract surgery I cannot fault the professional service received from SpaMedica a very welcoming experience. From booking in at reception every stage of my treatment was clearly explained making it a very relaxing experience. Looking forward to my next visit for treatment on my other eye they make the whole experience relaxing and reassuring.

Attended for assessment on July 24th and given an appointment for Friday 26th! All the Staff where very polite and each part of the journey was explained to you. On morning of operation The Surgeon came and explained the procedure and I felt reassured. After operation I was given instructions what to do and number to ring if any problems. Thankyou to all Staff for their care.

Nothing but praise for all of the staff. Nothing to much trouble, very professional. All matters fully explained made sure you understood all that was going to happen.

From start to finish of my procedure everything was so we'll organised with minimum waiting times. Staff from reception nurses and doctors could not fault in any way. All in all the treatment was perfect.

I'd been considering having my cataract surgery privately until my optician recommended I come here. very pleased with the treatment I received and the result so far. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and having the facilities at St Catherine's Health Centre is very convenient.

On the whole my experience was very positive for the cataract operation to my second eye. All the staff were exceptional and it all went quickly, smoothly and pain free. I can really notice the benefit to my sight in both eyes. Thank you to all.

SpaMedica Wirral was excellent in every respect. Whether it was with phone calls, which were always answered promptly; the reception and booking in, which was polite, friendly and efficent; or the medical staff, which were just wonderful. Likewise the building, which was modern, clean and welcoming. Top marks all roung.

I found the service very efficient and friendly throughout. Making my appointment was quickly sorted. Everything went to time and the experience was straight forward, the staff very reassuring. And my improved vision is great.
