Thoroughly professional experience from the Surgeon right through to the whole team. The operation was done a week after the pre-op.

From my pre assessment to my cataract operation one week later ,the whole experience was very professional and reassuring throughout. I had the necessity to call SpaMedica on two occasions following my treatment.Their response was prompt,competent and reassuring. Many thanks to the Surgeon,theatre staff and support team.

Great appointment- time scale outlined well, surgery carried out quickly after initial appointment. Ported in particular had excellent customer/patient service. Clear information, good printed documents, all round positive experience

All the staff were welcoming and professional and explained each stage. I was pleased that the surgery was carried out so quickly after the assessment appointment. I had a very good experience - except for the seating. I understand the need to wait and was happy to do that. However the seating is uncomfortable for the length of waiting required.

Although there was a delay with the appointments the staff were very apologetic but we all got our appointments done. Waiting for my next appointment. A well run clinic.

I had a Cataract removed, all my fears were allayed by the staff at initial assessment, the actual surgery was quick and painless with a great result. I was well informed, well cared for and extremely happy with the process from referral by my optician to completion of the surgery and post operative care. I really did not realise how easy it all would be and what a great result it would have!

A very professional and friendly service. Everything fully explained to me. The surgery only took about 15 minutes and the surgeon informed me what he was doing at each stage of the procedure. Afterwards it was a bit painful for the rest of the day but the day after things had started to settle down and it felt much better. Eye sight has improved tremendously so thank you very much.
