I cannot praise the team highly enough, they were all extremely kind, helpful, professional and understanding on my recent visits. I was fortunate to be referred for surgery on both of my cataracts to the clinic and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Was greeted by very friendly staff. Very curiously and helpful cannot find a fault to report. Was greeted and made very comfortable as this was my very first operation of any kind. Was explained very systematically how it will be done and what will be required by me which I thought was very promising for me as I was very anxious. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent service on first visit, then on day of surgery which was two weeks later staff efficient and friendly. Was only their for two hours and extremely pleased with the results of cataract surgery.Very helpful staff and guy who greeted us was super friendly and helpful.would definitely recommend Spa Medica to anyone who needs cataract removal.

The appointment time was somewhat late due to a systems failure earlier in the day. All the procedures on the day were well explained in a friendly manner. During the op with water being part of the process it would have been nice for some towelling to the neck prior to op as clothing was rather wet on completion, a point for consideration. Overall very pleased particulary with the short waiting list.

I highly recommend this practise to anyone undergoing Cataract Surgery. The staff, clinicians and consultants were extremely courteous, helpful and knew how to handle any concerns before and during the operation and after care treatment. All staff highly efficient and all extremely well co-ordinated with almost zero time delays going from one to another and mostly they waiting at there door. All technically all highly proficient with an excellent computer system linking all equipment and auto collected data + summary info for both patient and referring doctor / optician. The only critical area that needs and were mistakes due to each, accents, masks etc. is the Nurse. Hear definitely need the patient seeing and reading all the same questions. same screen or at least a separate computer or a large Television type screen and the nurse using a tablet to key in the yes / no answers. Issue was accent, mask and nurse talking the screen and not the patient. Thus numerous medical condition terms was not understood and had to be repeat sometimes up-to 2-3 times. As medical conditions usually come with definitions the patient needs to see these to ensure there replies are correct. Until a significantly better system is put in place give the patient a printed list of clearly numbered the questions or a tablet with the nurse confirming the each reply as they are entered. Here you definitely need dual confirmation of the condition definition is well understood as well as correct reply.

I was very surprised to enter this clean friendly building and immediately be offered a drink. Every staff member was efficient and friendly and I would have no hesitation in going back for further treatment.
