Having had both eyes made good, the care and attention I received was second to none. The driver who collected me to take me to the clinic was superb .Every one at this clinic made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

2nd cataract removed by surgeon and his team. He was very friendly and obviously expert. Nurses were wonderful and very reassuring. I could see the very next day!

At every stage from pre-op to follow up the treatment was very good. The staff at all levels were kind, attentive and professional. Questions were answered clearly and not rushed. At every stage I felt reassured by what was happening and what was going to happen. It was a good experience at all levels.

It would have been a good idea to offer sedation for the Procedure. One Receptionist extremely unhelpful and almost rude. Refused to believe that I had been referred for both eyes and argues the point to such an extent as being boarding on being rude. Bad experience

The reception staff were unhelpful, the nurse had my date of birth wrong and was annoyed that she had to correct my form and the dr was cross with me as I could not move my head to the position he wanted. The day after I was in intense pain and it was painful for 2 weeks afterwards. I am glad that I have booked a different place for my other eye. ,

I underwent a cataract operation on my left eye and found the staff knowledgeable and kind and the procedure to be carried out was fully explained as was the aftercare needed.
