Was very nervous on first visit but all the staff were so friendly and caring and explained everything to me that I soon relaxed. Clinic very clean and organised and all staff very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Efficient, warm and friendly service provided. I have developed inflammation in the eye area but the Clinic have been prompt in trying to resolve the problem and hopefully by my next appointment all will be well.

January 2023 I had Cataract surgery at SpaMedica in Sittingbourne, Kent. I was put at ease from the consultant meetings, pre operation meeting and the actual operation. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

SpaMedica is a refreshing experience I haven’t witnessed in years. People are happy to work there and it shows. Every aspect from making the appointment to seeing the optometrists to the surgery (which was only a week after the consultation) was amazing. The staff are helpful and explain to you after every step what is happening which instills a feeling of trust and understanding. A very competent and pleasant experience. I think they are fantastic.

This January I had my left eye cataract replaced. My right had been replaced in Dec 2022 The staff were very kind and friendly and made me feel welcome but at the same time were efficient and professional and both procedures were completed in under 15 minutes and were painless. In December I was in and out of the centre within two hours, and in January three hours but there was free hot drinks and biscuits available the whole time during both appointments. Spa Medica are second to none! Thank you!

I had the best treatment possible, at SpaMedica, for my cataract surgery. The staff are very professional and efficient, but have time to reassure you and listen to your queries with patience and understanding. I cannot praise the staff and their methods enough, for their service.

Having recently visited Spamedica in Sittingbourne, I can safely say that I should not of been worried every single member of staff from the porter and reception ladies to the amazing nurses, never have I had more fun whilst having a medical appointment, from the question of the day to laughing so much I felt part of the team every stage of my visit has been the same and now just finished my second surgery I feel like I am visiting friends having got to know the team, if you are lucky enough to go there then your not only in good hands but the hospital itself is spotless the housekeeping lady can not do enough for you, amazing and my results have been life changing for me so Thank You Everyone

I had my second Cataract done in mid November. You will see my comments from the first back in September how good it was. Well I can say the second went just as well as the first. If you are reading this before using the services of Spa Medica Sittingbourne then you have nothing to worry about. From my three visits I can now see why they call the staff " The Sittingbourne A team ! " Well done.

Taken care of in a kind and friendly manner., every step of the procedure clearly explained .Treated with respect and follow up information given. I felt everything was of the highest standard and I would fully recommend this establishment with no reservations.

I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Everything was explained clearly to me beforehand so that I knew what to expect and what to do. The surgery went very smoothly.
