I had been refered to Spamedica by my local specsavers due to cataracts. I was asked into be checked on the 13th of June and I was fortunate enough to have the offer of the operation the next day due to a cancellation. My first visit and the visit for the operation were done in a truly efficient and professional way. I was made to feel comfortable with everything fully explained every step of the way. I am now looking forward to the day I can have the other eye done and be able to see clearly again. Well done Spamedica

I have had two cataract operations at Spamedica, Sittingbourne - in Oct 2021 and the second in Jan 2023. Now discharged following a very successful outcome, I can only recommend the team for their care, friendliness and attention during the course of my treatment.

I'm not allowed to name names in this review, which is a pity since I only have good things to say about the three nurses and surgeon who welcomed and treated me on the day of my operation. Suffice it to say that they were all friendly and a few were actually good fun to be with. The process was smooth, the procedure quick and painless and the result really quite amazing. I can see without glasses for the first time in decades. Thank you all.

Great facility. Lovely staff. Was kept informed all the way through. My first appointment was so quick after my referral. It’s a well oiled machine. Theatre staff were very experienced and put me at ease - really important for my first cataract as I was quite nervous. I had both eyes done and the difference now is just incredible. I tell everyone to use Spa Medica if it’s near to where they live.

The whole experience was very good. All staff were very courteous and professional. All appoinment times were adhered to and my eye operation improved my vision greatly. I could not find fault with the whole service.

I had a cataract in both eyes, the first one removed in September and the second in December 2022, had my post op check 14/2/23 and got the all clear to obtain my reading prescription glasses, so appointment made for 21/2/23. So from being referred to SpaMedicaby by Specsavers from start to finish just under 6 months, brilliant.
