I was so nervous about having my cataracts removed but once I arrived at SpaMedica Sittingbourne that all changed. The staff were amazing! And made me feel so at ease. Everyone from the reception staff, nurses and the lovely lady who made everyone drinks were lovely. The surgery was so quick and painless and I was looked after so well afterwards. I’ve never experienced such kindness from a hospital environment before. Thank you Spa medica for giving me my sight back

Had both eyes done. All staff were really pleasant. All processes were explained in great detail . Everything was very efficient

I had cataract treatment and can only say it was 1st rate all the way through, I can't wait for my other eye to be done as I'm sure I will no longer have to use glasses for distance vision but will probably need reading glasses which is no problem.

This was my 3rd visit for cataract removal, honestly couldn't ask for a better place.All the staff are so caring and friendly....fabulous!

I have been impressed with the smooth running of this service, with every member of the team that so came into contact with being friendly, thorough, reassuring and knowledgeable. I felt put at ease at every stage of the process and am delighted with the aftercare support by telephone and in person. What a wonderful team effort, thank you all.

I had a cataract removed last week, I was very scared, but all the staff at Sittingbourne put me at ease. The whole experience was so smooth & pain-free. I can't thank them enough

Having had both eyes treated for cataracts I cannot praise the hospital enough, excellent attention all through the various tests and of course the treatment itself. The only minor niggle was cancelled appointments but in fairness no big delays just a minor inconvenience

My left eye cataract operation has been as successful as was my right eye Op carried out at the end of January. Both are healing well and I look forward to being able to enjoy renewed vision that had diminished enough to require replacement lens. Although different surgeons both procedures were completed with great efficiency, and all staff were courteous and very helpful through both experiences. Thank you all very much.
