I was very pleased with the complete service from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the procedure was easy and painless and the after care was very good. My vision is now fantastic after having both eyes done would highly recommend to anybody.

Great streamlined treatment and surgery. However I didn't like the last stage and felt rushed. Went straight from the surgery table into a discharge room and discharged within10 mins then sent back into the main waiting room. I felt a little wobbly and feel that there should be a small window at this point to sit and relax for 10 mins maybe with a drink to come around before being given the discharge information. This let the experience down for me

Efficient. Caring. Professional. Reassuring. I was put at my ease and felt complete confident. The facility is very pleasing to be in, modern and spotless.

From entering to leaving the building I was treated with efficiency and made to feel welcome. All the staff were warm and very friendly, any worries that where in the back of my mind about someone operating on my eyes soon left me . It's been 3 days since my cataract surgery and I can't believe the improvement already. Can't wait to get the other eye done, so see you all soon. A big thankyou to you .Regards Bill Ashurst.

From arriving at the clinic to been discharged I had a great experience. Treated with respect and care. Kept me informed all through my medical procedure. The staff efficient and friendly

Friendly and professional service. Excellent and clean venue. I was made welcome and dealt with in a professional manner. I would recommend this place and will be asking for an appointment when I require my second cataract surgery.

I found everyone polite and very helpful. The appointments were bang on time which i thought was very good.I have had both eyes done now and i am extremely happy with everything.

Great experience , kept informed and really fast service. Went in for cataract surgery , the whole thing was well organised from initial consultation to operation. Very professional service from all concerned. Kept informed all the way through
