Picked up by cheerful driver. Everything explained at every stage by friendly nurses. Operation so quick, uncomfortable but only for a matter of minutes. Now on day 2 and doing well. Thank you for a good experience.

my appointment was at 13:20 but I was still sitting in the waiting room at 14:20. when I asked how much longer I would be I was told it was lunch break time. Can I suggest that you do not book appointments during your staff lunch breaks thus avoiding having 7 people( all oap's) sat in a room all together waiting to see the surgeon. I was there for 2 and half hours, 2 hours of which were sat in a waiting room. With a bit of organisation my waiting time could have been greatly reduced.

From the drivers mark and david taking me to every member of staff. The care has been outstanding. After my cataract surgery at Haydock didn't go to plan. The surgeon in Manchester wanted me to attend sheffield so he could follow on the aftercare. The surgeon is outstanding and he really cares for his patients best outcome. Your doing a great job

I returned for my second cataract operation and yet again met with kindness and courtesy by all the staff. This is truly a wonderful place for anyone who has any doubts or fears forget them I will be forever grateful for what they have given me to enable me to carry on with a full and active life . Thankyou to everyone involved.

All staff extremely helpful , kind and supportive. Explained everything fully and cataract removal only took 6 minutes. Would definitely recommend

From stepping in the door to leaving we were looked after to the highest level everything was explained, in lay man terms so we understood what was happening, operation it self only took 15 mins , was made to feel so relaxed. Can’t thank you enough .

My visit on 17/8/24 was for my second eye doing. On both visits from entering the building to leaving the staff were courteous and helpful. I was reassured throughout the process. It was a quick operation 15 mins in theatre. Both eyes doing well. Thank you SpaMedica.

Staff very helpful and kind very knowledgeable surgeon very helpful put you. really at ease .All the staff were brilliant from when you go into reception area.
