Went in on time all very efficient and courteous they said could be up to three hrs but was home within 2 .

I had excellent treatment at Poole SpaMedica. Everyone was polite friendly and professional. I was informed at all times what was to happen / happening. The nursing staff were very caring and the surgeon introduced himself and explained the procedure giving me confidence in what was to happen. I had a different surgeon for each occasion and both were excellent. A big thank you to everyone and your Organisation.

I was a bit anxious about my cataract operation but there was no need to worry. From start to finish every member of staff was lovely. Each step of the procedure was explained even during the operation. The clinic was spotless with tea water and biscuits available. Thanks so much to everyone for my treatment.

From the moment I arrived for my cataract operation, I was welcomed and put at my ease, the surgeon and his team were very friendly and efficient. The gentleman who picked me up and was very friendly and kind. Inundated with tea and biscuits lol. A big thank you to everyone there 👏👏👏

Although the treatment was excellant the time I had to wait was disgusting.Over an hours wait from appointment time. I also had to go and get and Pay for my dry eyedrops.Not very pleased about this as a big organization should have them in stock. I went to boots and had to Pay. Disgraceful.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and caring. They made me feel at ease throughout. The surgeon explained the process clearly and the operation was over before I knew it.
