Any anxiety dispelled by friendliness and professionalism of nursing staff. Facility spotlessly clean. Everything fully explained prior to surgery which was totally painless. Still in awe that I can see so clearly, having been myopic for most of my longish life, in such a short time and have no doubt that this will continue to improve. Totally impressed and grateful for this surgery. Can't wait to get the second eye done! Thank you so much.

I was extremely impressed with my experience with spa medical. Very friendly and efficient staff. I was rather nervous, but staff was very caring and calming. All over in very short time very impressed with their great service.

Mum (Mary heals) was very nervous. But she felt very reassured and soon relaxed. Everyone made the experience very relaxing. I would like to thank all the staff that looked after her today

I was met by a very friendly man who showed me to the waiting room. Nurses were very friendly and caring. My whole experience was very calming and was made to feel comfortable. The procedure itself was overly quickly and was made to feel quite safe.

My mother had her first cataract operation done at Spa Medica this year . The whole procedure from start to finish was very efficient. Good clean surroundings, pleasant staff, excellent treatment. Back. In April for the second procedure .

Following eye assessment I was referred for further eye tests done. This took just over 3 weeks. I contacted the call centre to advise when this was completed and asked they let Poole know the report should be with them. The next day I had a letter to say I was removed from the temporary unfit list. This must have been issued 3 wks from first appointment. I notified the call centre of this again and was told I had to wait for the referral letter. When this came 10 days later I contacted the call centre advised again of the above and was given an appointment end of April leading me to expect to have the cataract done. This was not the case I had another assessment and appointment middle of May to be done. Instead of Feb procedure it was May! I know care has to be taken but to be removed from the temp list so quickly needs a review.

As a person who was dreading having surgery on my eyes, I am now much more confident thanks wholly to the care, ability and professionalism of the staff and the excellent facilities at Spamedica, Poole. They made me feel much more comfortable having the procedure done, and the whole experience was a positive one, thankyou all.

Had cataract surgery here and the care I received before and after was amazing. Made to feel welcome and tea ,coffee etc was on tap . Was kept informed every step of the way and nurses came and checked regularly.
