On both my previous assessment visit and on this day for my cataract surgery the staff were welcoming, considerate and reassuring, as well as the whole process being fully explained and carried out in a very efficient manner. The result has made a considerable difference to my long-sight. I am very grateful for the service and have already extolled the practice to my optician and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I had a really great experience here polite friendly greeting offered tea only after5 mins called into see all health workers and professionals. All lovely friendly informative spotlessly clean .with in two weeks had my procedure again friendly greeting fantastic information given x reassured as nervous . All staff I can't praise enough . Procedure was fully explained and was chatted to all the way through . Very relaxing After care was explained and demonstrated . Walked out there Happy, confident and reassured x Thank you all

Everything was good, very polite & friendly, offered complimentary drink and biscuit, hot chocolate was very nice

I had a cataract operation at the Bedford clinic two years ago so knew what to expect, but I think the Peterborough experience was even better. The whole process was conducted quickly without any fuss and on time. The actual operation itself was painless and quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing cataract surgery.

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and looked after. Having read the booklet before hand things were made clearer at each stage by the very efficient staff. Because everyone was reassuring, what could have been a terrifying experience became far less intimidating. The actual operation seemed quite surreal with a psychedelic light show! Painless and quick and slightly strange, it was far less of an ordeal than I had anticipated.

I was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I only waited four days after the initial consultation. The premises were extremely clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

I had a cataract operation at SpaMedica Peterborough and the whole process was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly, the facilities were first class and at every point next steps were explained carefully and helpfully.

I had cataract surgery on my left eye on the 13th December 2023 and my left eye is now so much clearer and I don't need to wear my glasses.
