My whole experience was great from my pre -op to the Cataract procedure. The entire staff were very friendly very professional explained everything to me clearly and precise the whole procedure flowed from start to finish without a hitch very impressed and very pleased with my operation. 5 star service good location and the coffee was excellent.

I feel very fortunate that I was referred to Spa medica. The time between being referred and having my cataract done was very short, and I was contacted within a few days. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and gave good information and care both pre and post operation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Told what was happening and why. Modern premises,made to feel welcome and comfortable. Good coffee and biscuits!

I attended the clinic on two occasions in June 2023 for YAG Laser treatment after referral by my optician. I was contacted by telephone to confirm a suitable appointment in the first instance and the second appointment was made immediately after completion of the first treatment.There was a choice of times and dates. Communication by letter, telephone and text was efficient. From reception onwards the process was carried out in a professional manner by friendly staff in a pleasant environment. I felt there was time allowed to ask questions at every stage should this have been necessary.

I had my first cataract op this week at spa medica. Could not fault anything from the staff or doctors. Very welcoming and friendly. I was so worried about the op but I was soon put at ease. Can’t wait now to have my other eye done

my experience of my cateract surgery was excellent, the staff made me feel relaxed and safe. The procedure was explained fully. I have no complaints and would totally reccomend this practice
