Dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were friendly and explained all that would be happening both pre and post operatively. Felt reassured.

Initially identified with Macro degeneration so referred to local hospital. Following treatment then referred back to Spamedica who responded within hours with checkup & cataract surgery within days. Surgery quick efficient and successful- just awaiting referral for second eye.

The staff were fantastic everyone was welcoming and put my mum at complete ease. The whole process from assessment to post procedure was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The building was immaculately clean and easy to access with plenty of parking

Extremely pleased with the service I received. Had my procedure done in less than two weeks after being referred. Great staff from the receptionists to the medical team. Just one criticism regarding the chairs in the waiting room. They are so uncomfortable to sit for a long period of time if you are waiting for someone. Otherwise a great premises, spotlessly clean and mostly great experience.

Really professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great standard of care throughout from initial appointment to operation and aftercare. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Friendly, efficient, runs to time. Procedure explained all the way through. Follow up, if needed, excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend to anyone, & have.

Had both my cataracts done within eight weeks. Could not fault a thing. All Staff were lovely . Would certainly recommend you go there for treatment.

had cataract removal at this practice. very friendly and professional staff -made me feel at ease -no problems after the procdure .I would highly recommend this clinic.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff put you at ease. Doctor and nurses carefully explain what they are doing at each stage. I had both eyes operated on and am delighted with result, everything is in full technicolour and I don't need spectacles after 60 years. Well done to all, thank you

Very friendly reception staff. Very professional doctor an nurses. Very calming and understanding shown by all Only minor issue is that some of the after care advice on the printed sheet I was given doesn't mirror what is stated in the booklet "After your cataract Surgery" e.g. swimming booklet after 2 weeks , printed sheet after 4 weeks. Makes for patient confusion particularly for me as a keen and regular swimmer. Other than that a 5 star service all round.
