From entering reception to surgery it was a great experience. Everyone is very kind and welcoming and professional. I felt very relaxed and at ease. 3 weeks from referral from optician to surgery - amazing.

Went in with cataract problems and after having both eyes done can now see for”miles”. Really impressed with the facility and standard of treatment.

Excellent staff, including consultant and nurses, and welcoming staff. Had operation today 18th April. Was treated excellently and will recommend you to anyone. Couldn’t fault you at all. Thankyou very much.

All of the staff are so friendly. The hospital is super clean. Seems like a private clinic. After checking in you are immediately offered a hot drink and biscuits,even gluten free are available.

We received a fantastic friendly service from everyone at SpaMedica. First cataract removed in a week of the initial appointment. They were very understanding of my dad's memory problems. Would highly recommend them.

Pleasant and clean environment. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and reassuring at all steps of the process. Good to have face to face contact at the pre-op session - something not offered at some other locations offered by NHS.

My second cataract op here. Having once experienced the care here, any worries this time were just about the op itself - I knew the staff were friendly and efficient. I was called in very close to my appointment time., the same respectful treatment, and a good atmosphere throughout. I would recommend this medical centre to anybody.

I was most impressed with the whole experience. From the welcome and reception staff to all of nurses and theatre staff, they were all very friendly, understanding but professional. The centre itself was very clean and airy and the coffee and biscuits certainly helped!!! Thank you for a positive experience.
