From the initial greeting on arrival to the farewell it is a very satisfying procedure. All the staff could not be more pleasant and the procedure was painless. This was my second eye and I am sure it will be as successful as the first

Mum had her cataract op. From Pre op assessment to surgery everything was exceptional,nothing was too much trouble . Mum couldn't praise the staff enough for all their care and attention.

Thank you to everyone concerned in my procedure, especially the surgeon. Your care is wonderful. I can now see beautiful bright colours. Hoping to have my second eye done soon. I cannot fault you at all.

Any medical procedure is a bit nerve racking, especially with the eyes! But the service and care received at this clinic has been wonderful. From the meet and greet gentleman, who is so friendly, welcoming and caring (just perfect in that role!) and all the medical team and surgeon. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough. Thank you

From the first appointment to having surgery was fantastic, the staff were all lovely & put me at ease & explained everything that was happening , everywhere was spotlessly clean . So thank you to everyone that works there

This clinic is one of the best I’ve ever been to. All the staff are so friendly and helpful to all who come in. The cleanliness is so apparent in every room you enter. The consultant I had, was exceptional, and very informative, making me feel relaxed and ready for the op. Within less than 3 hours on entering this clinic, I was ready to go home with my eye cover, a bag of instructions, and eye drops. Amazing place. Thank you all so very much.

I was very impressed by all aspects of my treatment here. At both the pre-op assessment and the day of the operation itself all staff were really friendly, helpful and perfect for putting one at ease. Every step of the procedure was carefully explained. I simply could not fault them.

Quick to be seen, friendly staff, onsite parking. Very clean and modern site. Procedure well explained and carried out well. Clear paperwork sent with instruction booklet.
