I can highly reccommend spamedica as the full team there were very friendly helpful and put you at ease and the building was immaculately clean and a pleasure to attend. The surgeon was very professional along with the rest of the team. Marks 10 out of 10

Had my cataract eye surgery here. The whole process was calming and professional. All the staff here go out of their way to help you through the assessment process and then the operation. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend the team here to anyone awaiting or considering cataract eye surgery. The chocolate bourbons were a big thumbs up and my only slight criticism would be that there is no decaff option so come on NHS time to offer a decaff option! Or at least tell the drinks machine supplier to get a decaff option in the machines or at least some decaff sachets. Otherwise the building is easy to find, very clean, a pleasant environment to be in and all the team great at their jobs and I felt in very good hands.

From start to finish this was both a professional and friendly medical experience. More importantly everything was explained fully, and the end result was outstanding, it's like seeing again for the 1st time. Finally a special thank you to all the staff especially the surgeon who was brought in from Sheffield, I can't thank him enough.

The actual procedure is fine. But the waiting time is too long. It is mostly older people waiting around on uncomfortable seats for too long, my Mam waited an hour just to be seen. Why book the appointments so early when the patient always has such a long wait. Then on the day of second procedure the surgeon was not even in the building yet and wouldn’t be until 10:00, when patients had been waiting since 08:00. Poor service when it comes to waiting.

From entering the clinic until leaving the care I received was excellent, starting from the check-in staff to the consultant that did my procedure everyone was very pleasant and helpful, the staff ensured that all my personal details were correct also a spotlessly clean clinic, I will now have no problem going for further treatment, thank you so much

From being greeted at the door the staff were so friendly and that helped me relax. Everything was explained so that I could understand and then I got a cancellation for the next day… the operation was smooth again the staff were fabulous Thank you all so much

Very good experience by all staff from security to surgeons everyone very courteous made me feel at ease explained the procedure in detail , beautiful clean and bright building, I have had both eyes done and would 100%recommend the clinic to anyone
