From reception and each step up to and including surgery, I felt comfortable and in caring hands. Nurses, Surgeon and all contacts throughout visit were second to none. Each and every person I was in contact with made for a personal and relaxing experience. Well done Spain Medica.

My appointment yesterday (13th Feb '24) was for assessment for Laser treatment on left eye. I was seen promptly and was most impressed by all the staff involved - all were most courteous and everything was fully explained. In view of our journey from Carlisle, my husband and I were very grateful when I was offered the Laser treatment immediately following the assessment; being in our 80's we appreciated not having to repeat the journey! We were also very impressed by the standard of cleanliness, equipment and overall service. Many thanks. Brenda Coles.

My treatment at this clinic was professional and caring, the staff did every thing they could to reassure a very nervous patient, and when a problem arose with my medication went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

Spamedica deliver outstanding optical health care. They deliver first class treatment for cataract surgery. Great staff who are friendly and very efficient. Overall a very pleasing and stress free experience.

Fron initial contact to my operation only took 8 days. The staff are without exception friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly.and tge whole process was very smoothly organised. The operation itself was very smooth and the nurses made me feel relaxed and confident

From the moment you walk through the door, Spa Medica take care of you, make you welcome, happy, comfortable even down to coffee & biscuits. Every staff member from Surgeon down are outstanding. They explain every procedure and put you at ease, very efficient, friendly, helpful & professional. If you go to Soa Medica, you are in the very best of care.

I had cataract surgery and must compliment the whole team from surgeon to cleaners for their excellent patient management. The whole process from assessment to surgery is divided into several rooms. In each room staff take care to ensure they have the correct patient, and carry out specific tasks and explanations before you are moved on to the next part of the process. In this way you can easily understand what is going on and can ask questions if unsure. Although the team sees many patients, I didn't feel rushed and was impressed by their friendliness. Yesterday I had my surgery and today I can see better than I have for years. Yes there was some minor discomfort but it was manageable with simple pain killers. I am amazed I can already see well enough to write this review! Well done SpaMedica!
