All staff from the welcoming check in person to the eye professionals we extremely cheerful, helpful and client orientated well as providing excellent specialist eye care. The premises were spotless, and hot and cold drinks available while waiting. Good parking area.

I have just had cataract removal and everyone was so nice. I am extremely clostraphobic and this was taken into account every step of the way. I worried for weeks about having this procedure done but really needn't have been. I have the other eye to do at some point but will feel a great lot happier knowing l will be going back to spamedica

I had cataract surgery here. The staff were marvellous from start to finish. They were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me clearly. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Everyone was so pleasant helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The staff were amazing nothing was a problem even offering you coffee as you walk through the door. The surgeon explained everything as he went along also making me feel relaxed. I would 100% recommend SpaMedica to anyone. Thank you so much

I have had 2 cataract operations at Spa Medica Gateshead and have been very pleased with the whole experience from the facilities to staff in every department. They are always friendly, helpful, informative and patient with everyone. The waiting tome for operations is also very good.

I’ve had two cataract operations in the last few weeks here and on both occasions as with my preliminary visit I was dealt with sensitively, carefully and professionally in a relaxed, pleasant environment.

Cannot fault my experience for cataract surgery. All the staff were professional and could not be more pleasant and curtious. The whole procedure went florlesley. First class organisation.
