i had a cataract done here in December well all i can say is wonderful total professional service from entering the building. You even get decent coffee and biscuits. Mad feel like a proper customer/client and it's all over and done quickly. The team even have little friendly banter as it should be. So if you're concerned don't be these people will look after you and will do a fantastic job. I can see like a Hawk now .. Thank You Spa medica.

To lose the sight in my left eye through Giant Cell Arteritis was alarming and then to find that a cataract in my right eye was gradually getting worse and needed urgent attention was something of a bombshell. My local optician recommended Spamedica to carry out the necessary surgical procedure required. I found that all staff were pleasant and professional and my operation was carried out in an efficient manner causing a minimum of discomfort. I can report that the sight in my right eye has improved much more than I hoped for. Many thanks to all who contributed to making this possible.

My experience of this practice was first class treatment. From arriving in reception through every step of the process the personnel were professional, caring and informative. The actual operation was carried out extremely smoothly and painless. I will certainly have no worries when I have to go back for the other eye to be done.

Having experienced an unfortunate delay for my second cataract eye operation due to a misunderstanding with my eye optician. Once, Spa Medica knew of the delay and problem that I was experiencing within a week the problem was resolved! I received care and kindness throughout my treatment from the receptionists to the nurses, and the surgeon, kindness and reassuring treatment all the way through the procedure. When I had my first eye done I found the whole experience entirely satisfactory. Appointments were made with no cancellations or re-scheduling. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional, efficient and reassuring. I experienced no discomfort during the procedure or post-operatively and, based on this experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend SpaMedica.
