This was my second cateract operation by Spa Medica. The service and care was excelent, even to providing tea on arrival. The first date had to be changed as, on arrival, it was decided that a lip infection may put the opeartion at risk. The staff could not have been nicer or friendlier.

One cataract removed successfully and an unbelievable experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, my entire visit lasted well under one hour. From being greeted on arrival to departure, my treatment was of the highest standard. The procedure itself went smoothly and pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring. On leaving, even though my affected eye was partially covered with a shield, it was obvious the vision was better than the other eye awaiting treatment. This second procedure is due to be carried out within six weeks. Remarkable; can’t wait! Thank you so much.

i would just like to say a very big thankyou to all the staff at spa medica ,tile hill,Coventry for their care compassion and skill in treating my left eye for cataracts. Everyone treated me in a very professional ,courteous and kind manner the treatment was once again painless and quick just the same as my first op back in may 2022 on my right eye .I cant thank the staff and surgeon enough for the difference this has made to my life

My experience at Coventry SpaMedica was fabulous. Every member of the staff from reception to the Surgeon was warm and friendly. I I I was put at ease at every stage. The outcome of the operation was equally satisfying. Thank you to all concerned.

Really lovely staff who put me at ease throughout the procedure. The information booklets were exactly as needed and very reassuring for the aftercare. I definitely recommend the Coventry Spa Medica and its team.

This is a wonderful place to have your cataract operation. From beginning to end the staff are courteous , kind and totally professional. The building is new(ish) and kept very clean. I totally recommend anyone given the opportunity to attend does so. 10/10

From the lovely man who checked me in for both my assessment and surgery, to the nurse who accompanied me back to reception afterwards, the staff were all friendly, helpful and caring, explaining each stage clearly, and checking my details at every stage.
