Anyone looking for cataract surgery should go to Spa Medica Coventry to receive first class treatment. My referral for treatment was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Their website is excellent, informative and easy to use. From the second you enter the premises you are met with friendly, cheerful and helpful members of staff. They all go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and even offer tea or coffee while you are waiting. This was my first cataract surgery and I can highly recommend having the treatment at Spa Medica Coventry. My thanks and praises go to everyone I met there who made the whole process a positive, relaxing and excellent experience. Thank you so much

I have had two cataract operations at SpaMedica and cannot speak too highly of the professionalism of the team there. The thought of having eye surgery is daunting to say the least but the staff put you at ease straight away and the whole procedure is carried out in a very caring and professional way. I have already recommended friends to go there! Well done to all the team.

From visiting my optician, I had a phone call the next day and an initial assessment 3 days later. The cataract operation then took place six weeks later. All members of staff were friendly and explained each part of the assessment day. (About 3 hours) And on the day of the procedure, again what was happening and what was going to happen was clearly explained. For a medical procedure, it was quick, efficient and totally pain free. Top marks ro all of the staff I came into contact with.

I brought my 92 year old mum over for her cateract operation. All the staff were so friendly caring and professional as soon as you walked through the door to be greeted with a very friendly gentleman right through to the surgeon himself. It was also so clean everywhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained all the procedures at each stage prior to my cataract operation and I felt very comfortable during the whole experience.

Just had the second cataract surgery carried out here. I was very nervous first time around - need not have been though! Second time around I was able to be much more relaxed, knowing how simple the procedure appeared to be first time around. All the staff, from the company's driver, reception staff, nurses, and surgeons(this was a different one to first time), were very professional, courteous, and well organised. The impression one gets after the procedure, is one of this establishment running like "a very well oiled machine". I guess with specialism comes a high degree of efficiency and professionalism. Obviously I cannot compare the procedure here, with similar carried out elsewhere, but I cannot think that anywhere else could be better, or provide a better complete service for this procedure.

Two cataracts removed on separate occasions. Can't fault the clinic. The staff are warm and friendly, plenty of chances to ask questions. The clinic itself is spotless, free parking, and deal with referrals quickly and efficiently.

I had a preliminary assessment and an operation to remove a cataract and insert a new lens. On both of these occasions the service and helpfulness of the staff was second to none. I was really impressed with the organisation of the whole process and the care taken to ensure all information was correct. The standard of care was very positive and reassuring.
