I was referred for cataract surgery and had my initial consultation within two weeks and the surgery one week later. Excellent , unhurried, friendly staff , explanations given at every stage. The facility was spotlessly clean, more so than NHS main hospitals I have attended and cleaner than some private clinics I’ve been to.

Everything was very good from greeting on arrival, explanation of procedure, the procedure itself and information on aftercare and follow up

Staff were excellent, procedure carried out very quickly, overall the whole experience was very professional and I could not fault it. Made to feel that everyone cared for you and looked after you throughout the whole process

I have today had my second cataract surgery, the first one having taken place 9 weeks ago. I cannot stress how kind and knowledgeable the staff are at this clinic. Nothing was too much trouble, and from dreading the surgery in the beginning, I found there was nothing to worry about at all. I still need to have some laser surgery and am very happy to be attending SpaMedica. Thank you to everyone and continue the good work in the future.

A wonderful organisation, Very efficient system. Helpful, friendly and informative. Had two cataracts removed within 6 weeks. Easy to book very little waiting time for appointment. Perhaps the NHS should employ more organisations like this to carry out specialist work.

I cannot imagine it being done better I was worried but they reassured me and it was all done within 3 weeks of me becoming aware that i needed help with my sight Oddly I found it so much better that it wasn't in a hospital setting

It all ran like clockwork with everyone seeming to know and fulfil their role. This meant no hanging around and consequent frustration

I went twice to Spa Medica this month, firstly for a pre operation examination, and secondly, only four days later, to have a cataract operation. From going through the door to leaving on both occasions I was greeted by a most friendly team of people all through the process. I was put at ease at every stage. I would just like to say a big thank you to every singe one. You are indeed all the best professionals anyone could wish to be treated by. Best of wishes to all of you.

From walking in and being greeted by the porter, the receptionist and the various nurses to actually meeting the surgeon who performed the op, the whole experience was superb, so lovely caring and compassionate, they all totally put you at ease.
