From start to finish I was made to feel at ease, everything was explained clearly, all staff were very friendly and professional and the operations were a great success and I can now see better than I have done in many many years. So Thankyou very much to you all my life is so much better now.

Excellent service, all the staff were very friendly, from the moment I walked in to reception everyone was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was my second visit to the clinic as I already had my right eye done, six weeks before. On that occasion I was extremely nervous as I didn't know what to expect, but everyone was so supportive and understanding, even the surgeon, so when I went for the second eye I was much more relaxed and at ease. I was also amazed at the cleanliness of the whole clinic, so thankyou to everyone at Spamedica for looking after me. I would have no hesitation to recommend Spamedica to everyone.

From arrival to departure all staff were very caring and informative. It is a scary experience for many and they do their best to put you at ease and keep you informed at every stage. My only negative was that they said someone would check up on me the next day - that did not happen.

Would 100% recommend spamedica.I was nervous because of the unknown but it is such a relaxed calm atmosphere it puts you at ease.Every member of staff is brilliant even the greeter at the door.The operation itself took 10minutes,no pain or discomfort at all. So nice to get a first class caring service,well done spamedica and thankyou for giving me a now clear eyesight again.

From the moment i entered the building all the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed prior to my examination, they even made me a cup of coffee. The examination went well and the receptionist booked my operation at another hospital, at my request.

The whole journey from referral to surgery was quick, painless and smooth. Staff kept me updated on waiting times and the day of the surgery was prompt, painless and most comfortable. Thank you SpaMedica

I was referred for cataract surgery and had my initial consultation within two weeks and the surgery one week later. Excellent , unhurried, friendly staff , explanations given at every stage. The facility was spotlessly clean, more so than NHS main hospitals I have attended and cleaner than some private clinics I’ve been to.
