Amazing how soon after referral the first eye was "modified". Operation went well with no adverse effects. Afternoon the day after operation my left eye sight was excellent and with no aches, pains or in fact no health problems whatsoever. Can't wait for other eye to be done.

I have just had my second cataract removal. The process has been excellent from start to finish, including the return visit after my first operation when I suffered some inflammation. Everything is explained well so there are no surprises and the operations were done swiftly and efficiently. The theatre team were very supportive and ensured that the whole process went smoothly. Post op care was great, as I experienced when I had to return because of the inflammation. That was sorted and I’d just like to record what a great job the whole team did. Thank you.

I was greatly reassured by the professionalism of all the staff. They all knew exactly what they were doing, supplied all the information needed in booklets and in person. The hospital is spotlessly clean and modern and all stages of the procedure were done in a friendly, efficient manner.

This is my 5th. visit to this clinic 2 pre ops, 1 follow up and 2 cataract operations and each time my treatment from reception to the Surgeon has been exemplary. All staff are welcoming, ,pleasant, thoroughly professional to put you at ease at every step, the clinic is spotless. I have one problem, the Patient Lens Implant Identification Card says Return Completed Card in Provided Postage Paid Envelope, which I was not given, is this an error or does the clinic give this information another way ?

I am delighted with the care and attention given during my recent cataract op. I was a very nervous patient but everyone was so kind. I need my other eye doing but will fine going back knowing I am in safe caring hands. Thank you.

I was a v nervous patient. From the first appt, everyone understood. Everything was explained. The Amd injections went well. My 1st cataract procedure went well. All the staff went the extra mile to put me at ease and make me comfortable. The procedure was successful and life changing for me. I'm hoping 2nd cataract op. appt comes soon. Never thought I'd say this but I can't wait to complete all treatments now. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica in Chester.
