All the people both surgeons and nurses were great. all the information I needed and very calming. I was nervous, but their calm bearings were very reassuring.

I received cataract surgery at SpaMedica. I was kept fully informed throughout my treatment pathway about every facet of my diagnosis and required procedures - from assessment, to surgery, to post-operative care. I was made to feel comfortable and treated like a person not a statistic. I felt safe and received amazing care.

Made very welcome, kept informed and relaxed throughout. Very quick only there for one and a half hours but never rushed.Professional,caring team gave confidence.Discharge news gave very detailed instructions about drops and after care.Just one small observation the instructions on the Red Pred Forte box clearly states One drop Four Times a day, while nurse emphasised only Twice a day!Also it would be helpful to have a 3rd week sheet to fill in record for drops, but thanks to all the team for their excellent work!

This practice is excellent! All the staff are very friendly, great at putting you at ease and letting you know the various stages of the procedure. My operation was on Saturday 8th July. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you very much.

I have had both cataracts removed, the first in April 23 and the second in July 23. From arrival to exit everything was very professional and reassuring. All of the staff were very pleasant and made the whole experience very welcoming. Both operations were done in just minutes with no discomfort at all. Thank you to all concerned.

On arrival it was pleasing to find free car parking, followed by a warm welcome at the reception desk where the process was explained in a pleasant manner, in tone and voice. The staff approach at all times through the various stages was welcoming and reassuring of capability. I was subsequently discharged with explanation of procedures with the eye drops and handbook and the date for the check up, and hopefully this will lead to the other eye being processed

I have now had two cataracts and done and each time my treatment was faultless. The team of people I encountered both times were extremely professional and treated me with concern for my welfare. I would thoroughly recommend Spamedica to anyone who needs eye treatment. I especially appreciated the kind offer to myself and my husband of coffee and biscuits while we were waiting. It added to making the whole experience calming and warming. Thank you to all the people who dealt with my surgery. Plus wow what I can see now has made me realise what a fantastic improvement it has made to my life. Thank You.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful to ensure that I was well informed and happy with all that was going to happen during the procedure. I will have no qualms about going back to have my other eye done. Brilliant attitude from all concerned. Thank you.
