Much quicker this time compared with 1st 14 months ago. Staff cheerful friendly. V quick to phone back next day. Couldnt access iphone internet from reception v inconvenient when trying to call taxi!

Was given an appointment very quickly after my referral, assessment was carried out by very professional and friendly staff, and every stage was fully explained. The operation was done very efficiently and explained very well, all the staff from reception, nurses and surgeon were helpful and friendly and put me at my ease, would highly recommend Spa Medico

The results were really good, the staff were pleasant, but why does it have to take so long? My appointment was scheduled for 2.0pm, but I wasn't called in to have the first eye drops until 4.0pm. After which, the operation itself was very quick.

Both for the initial assessment and for the cataract operation itself all the staff I encountered were friendly, patient and professional. My experience was generally very good, although it did involve a lot of waiting - the availability of hot drinks and biscuits was welcome! One staff member on reception was particularly helpful when we were kept waiting a very long time for a taxi home after the operation, although this was not in any way Spamedica's faul.

Cannot thank the staff highly enough, the care and treatment was exceptional. I was put at ease throughout my treatment (pre assessment and surgery), with the staff explaining the procedure and aftercare clearly. Everyone seemed generally happy to be working there and always had a smile on their face.

It was timely, polite, and efficient. It is the beginning of autumn and the room was very very chilly. Other than that no complaints. I was given the booklet to read with all the dues and don’ts after the procedure when I had very blurry eyes. It would be far more effective to be given it when given the eyedrops and waiting for them to work.

The staff were highly professional and vert helpful. The consultant ophthalmologist talked me through the procedure and put me at my ease. The procedure went very well and my post-operative assessment confirms the excellent results. The documentation provided and advice given by the staff was very helpful in dealing with the effects of the operation.
