Very helpful and attentive staff. English is not my first language and was provided with good interpreter who helped with understanding the process. All in all I had a very good experience with Spa Medical

Could not have been any better. Efficient & very caring staff. I was very nervous due to claustrophobia but I was looked after really well and all the staff did all they could to make me feel comfortable. Can’t praise them enough.

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, with staff making me feel at ease and explaining the process. I would hesitate to recommend this A team ! Thank you so much . It was a life changing experience.

I would like to thank the Spa Medica Team at Bolton for their professional, friendly and caring service when I attended for cataract surgery last week. The medical information provided before and after surgery was very helpful. The whole experience was far easier than I expected, and I would highly recommend this Clinic.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes within about six weeks. Very impressive speed of appointments. Staff were very encouraging and efficient. The procedures to be carried out were explained well the during the pre assessment,. The surgeons were excellent and reassuring but I found it very difficult to keep my head sufficiently still throughout the procedure. Perhaps it would be worth considering having some form of restraint for the head because it is not easy to tell if the head is moving or not. The overall experience was excellent with a high standard of care and the facilities are immaculate. Many thanks to the staff at Bolton Spamedica

I have recently had both cataracts removed and after feeling apprehensive before the first one would highly recommend this practice for their efficiency professionalism and being able to reassure clients whilst carrying out the operation

I was seen and cataract removed within 3 weeks. Can't wait to have the other eye done. Treated very well. All the staff explained what was going to happen,

Having being advised by my optician that cataract surgery was required , I was surprised by how quickly the procedure was carried out and the expertise of all the staff at Spa Medica who all explained their function and what the next step would be. I cannot thank them enough for the dramatic improvment in my vision.

This was my second cataract procedure I have had here. From he initial referral to my discharge the treatment and service was excellent. Every member of staff was courteous, considerate an professional. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending treatment at Spamedica
