If the NHS worked as well as SpaMedica, Bedford we would all be in a great place! I have had my right eye cataract renewed and I cannot recommend the Bedford branch enough. From start to finish I was treated with kindness and professionalism by everyone of the team I encountered without exception. I am 85 years old and was not looking forward to the procedure at all. I needn't have worried as my comments above show. I cannot find fault at all and highly recommend SpaMedica, Bedford for cataract surgery.

I could not fault the service received the organisation was so well arranged , the personal were so polite , helpful and understanding . The operation was fully explained and carried out so efficiently. Thankyou for restoring my sight to the brilliant colours I can now see . Thankyou once again .

Wait for appointment 2 weeks. Assessment 2 weeks later and seen on time. Had next appointment in writing before I left. Operation carried out on appointment time. All staff friendly and efficient. Well done to all.

Every member of staff from start to finish was friendly and I felt like I was in safe hands. The wait time between assessment and procedure was very short.

All Staff were kind, considerate and caring.Everything was explained thoroughly,which helped to reduce the stress a great deal. Treatment was excellent and a good result.

Have had cataract operations in both eyes now both at Spa Medica Bedford. Quick appointments and a well organised process made for a good experience with pleasant helpful staff.

Very friendly and kind welcome both on my assessment and also when we came for my operation Very efficient at processing me both times, with a friendly approach with a quietly confident and professional bearing. The both the nurses and the surgeon were quietly comforting when they knew I was nervous. Also, they looked after my wife while she waited, with coffee etc. I was assessed by Specsavers, had my assessment a week later and the operation again one week later. Wow ! Well done both Specsavers and NHS.

This is an amazing place ,perfectly clean,wonderful helpful staff,treated exceptionally, even the driver of the transport is excellent and so helpful,nothing was to much trouble 11 out of 10
