I was talked through everything in detail even during the op. Amazing place and so clean! I was extremely anxious about the op but without exception they all put me at ease. Even free biscuits afterwards! I would highly recommend SpaMedica to anyone. So quick and efficient.

I had my eye operation yesterday, the whole staff were extremely kind,caring and professional and the surgeon was brilliant, Today 24 hours after my operation I cannot believe how well I can see I can't thank or praise them enough

This small eye unit is very efficient and helpful. The procedure and the before and after assistance/ instructions were all excellent in my experience.

I was so reassured by all the staff at SpaMedica Bedford who were all wonderful, and who managed to calm this very nervous patient down immediately. The doctor was so kind, and I can honestly say that I didn't feel anything during the whole procedure. I am now waiting to have my other eye treated, and hoping that all goes as well as the first eye. Thank you all so very much SpaMedica Bedford.

very impressed with the very efficient service I received from Receptionist and to all the medical staff and surgeon who made my experience at the centre stress free and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit for my left eye to be sorted.

This was cataract surgery on my second (right) eye and again was an easy and comfortable experience. All members of Spamedica staff encountered, from initial reception to the surgery and post surgery care, were very friendly and very efficient. I was made to feel very much at ease through the whole procedure. The actual operation was carried out calmly, quickly and successfully. My sight has improved dramatically as a result. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone suffering from cataracts to trust in Spamedica for their surgery.

Although this practice is a long way from my home address I was very pleased with the care and attention received from all the staff. I will need to go back to have the other eye sorted and look forward to the same pleasant experience

Extremely quick and efficient service- two cataract ops in a 3 month period- much better than the waiting time at the local hosp. Surgeons both excellent, though worked very differently. the second surgeon talked through the process as it was happening which I found especially helpful. All the nursing staff were friendly, informative and went out of their way to reduce any levels of stress patients might be feeling. Time in the waiting areas was acceptable prior to the appt and very good coffee etc available, Actual clinic premises very clean and modern. Parking easy on the premises. I would not hesitate to suggest others use the clinic.
