I have made a few visits to this practice and have always been welcomed by friendly staff. The clinic is spacious and pleasent with free parking. The support staff and clinical assistants are friendly and efficient. The consultants are friendly and personable despite giving you the confidence you are being dealt with by the very best in their field of expertise.

I had 2 cataracts removed this summer. On both occasions the surgeons and there teams were very professional and understanding. My sight has now been restored after dense cataracts being removed. Thank you for a life changing experience and I can not praise you enough. Well Done Newmedica Grimsby.

made to feel comfortable by the staff, operation was quick and painless, after care was excelent...waiting to have have other eye done now needent have worried about havening the surgary

Everyone at Newmedica Grimsby from the receptionists, all the nurses through to the fantastic surgeon were all very friendly, efficient and reassuring, and made me feel relaxed .My questions were answered thoroughly and I was completely put at ease. The cataract operation was surprisingly painless and was all over in about 10 minutes. The care and expertise I received was second to none. All in all a first class service in very comfortable surroundings. Would definitely highly recommend this clinic to all. Thank you Newmedica.

I recently had cataract surgery at Newmedica Grimsby. The standard of care was superb from the greeting at reception to the kindness and expertise of the surgeon and nursing staff. All procedures and telephone contacts have been followed up by a letter. If the NHS practised at this level we would have a service to be proud of. Thank you Newmedica.

From being in absolute shock and fear that I might lose my sight, Googling eye injections and frightening myself silly , from the moment I walked through the door from the nurses to the Professor everyone involved gave me complete and utter care x Thank You x

Excellent care and service provided by helpful and informative staff. The environment is calm and the eye treatment provided is excellent and delivered by an experienced and well oiled team who put patients at ease with what they are about to experience.
