I have noticed today a sense of disdain with which the pharmacists operate. High handed attitude, no pleasantries as if they are doing me a favour by doing their job. They messed up my order and charged me twice, with no remorse asked me to come again for the new order fulfilment(partial) ....if im giving them business i expect mutual respect not orders

We required urgent medications but this outlet was closed; the opening times online suggests 8am on a Sunday but I got there for 8.30 am & waited till 9am still closed.. A chemist should stick to its legal opening hours.. what a waste of time? I don't need an explanation but a notice should be put up to alert customers..

I applied for a vacancy as a counter assistant and following my interview, I was advised that I will be informed when I will be able to start. However, I never received an email or call from the manager. I wonder why one would do such thing if they had no intention of hiring!
