    Today was a different matter- there has been issues with the service in here, but over the last few months a lady has been working there that goes above and beyond. It’s so nice to have someone that genuinely seems to care about customers and is always pleasant. Today she was so helpful and gave me advice when the GP had t sent my prescription. She then called me when it came through and got it ready straight away. I was in a fluster and she made me feel reassured. Sadly the pharmacist is still rude and slow but it makes it more palatable to have someone serving you that is kind, smiley and apologetic! Give her a raise!

    Needed an over the counter cream, in and out within 5 mins, polite service. Never written a review before but felt compelled after seeing the way other customers were speaking to the staff. Felt sorry for the staff. Customers were told that there would be a wait as the pharmacist was on their break (which they are more than entitled to) and the attitude towards the staff was disgusting. Others requesting medications that require a prescription despite not having a prescription and taking it out on the staff! Impressed by the patience of the staff.

    When my previous chemist closed down, I was asked to change and chose this one, thinking that a late night pharmacy would be really useful to collect prescriptions from if I get out of work/gym late. After only using this chemist for a few months, I can hand on heart say it's the worst chemist I've ever used. I have never been in and out quickly. I've always had a minimum 30 minute wait, even when I've been the only person in there. I'm not entirely sure what they do behind that wall, but whatever they do, they don't do in a hurry. I understand they may be busy, but surely they could give you a warning when you first go in and say "oh it'll be around this long" so I can go and come back. But every time I'm there it's "oh it'll only be a minute". That free home delivery service I was offered is sounding more and more appealing.

    Absolutely dreadful service. You wait for 20 minutes without anyone even popping out to say "sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a minute"- nothing at all- I thought I was in a prank video to see how long people will wait in a queue without seeing a member of staff. When i eventually left, the guy had the temerity to loudly shout "thank you" as I hadn't thanked him as there was nothing to thank him for. An absolute disgrace of a service. Couldn't be any worse. Clearly think they are operating a monopoly and the customers just have to put up with it. Terrible. Changing my pharmacist.

    Went to pay for item and was charged £1 difference than on shelf. Was told it was my fault for paying on contactless and a refund could not be given. The pharmacist then decided to sjow me how i should have known how much i was paying and that it was fine to charge £3.99 rather than £2.99. Spoke to staff disrespectfully saying get out of way and do your job. An upsetting experience when unwell. Would like to speak to someone from nhs to follow this experience up as a disabled person having this experience at local pharmacy

    Turned up at 8am as it opens at 7:30am. Was not able to be served by counter staff as pharmacist was not on site and was late and she didn’t know where he was. Had to go elsewhere for medication. Poor service.
